Pickup and Delivery Information

MyShus offers the convenience of picking up and delivering your sneakers if you’d rather not bring them to our location yourself. Here’s how this service works:

How does it work?

Our team will arrange a day and time with you to pick up your sneakers at the address you give us. Once your sneakers are clean and ready, we’ll deliver them to the location originally agreed on.

Estimated delivery times

  • Basic Clean: 4–5 business days.
  • Deep Clean: 5–7 business days.
  • Extra services: +1 day, depending on the service.

Service costs

This service is free in Costa del Este, Santa María, Coco del Mar, San Francisco, Punta Pacífica, and Paitilla. In other areas, delivery has a fee based on distance, and we’ll confirm it when we send your quote.
